By accessing or using Aesti, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Aesti is an AI-powered face analysis and aesthetic scoring application. The App uses computer vision and artificial intelligence to analyze facial features, provide symmetry scores based on the golden ratio, simulate aesthetic procedures, and offer personalized beauty insights.

Important: Aesti is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for any aesthetic or medical decisions.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Aesti offers subscription plans (weekly, monthly, yearly) and one-time credit purchases that unlock premium features including unlimited face analyses, AI surgery simulations, and personalized treatment plans.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store / Play Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with prior notice.

When you use the App, you may upload photographs of your face for analysis. By doing so, you grant Indiex a limited, non-exclusive license to process these images solely to provide the requested analysis services. We do not sell, share, or use your facial images for purposes other than delivering the App's features.

You represent that you have the right to upload any images you submit, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights. Do not upload images of other people without their explicit consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes on any third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to harass, bully, or harm others.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or use the App.

All content, features, and functionality of Aesti — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of Indiex or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your use of Aesti is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. INDIEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
